We work very hard to provide the highest level of care for every one of our residents. Below you will find some of the things that the residents and their familes have said about that care.
Dear Retreat at Church Ranch, Our mother was so nervous and afraid to leaver her home and move into your community. After just a few days, she didn't want to leave! She's made new friends, loves the staff that spend such wonderful time with her, and says the food and activities are something she looks forward to every day. Thanks for all the fantastic things you do for our Mom! Dear Cindy, You and your staff are just precious. We never dreamed our Mom and Dad would be living in a community that provides for them so well. The food, the staff, the activities, and the whole community is just great. We couldn't be more happy! As an eye witness Observer from October 2008 known then as Heritage Homes slowly and painfully transforming into The dawn of Robin in the Hood A huge Shout out to the Man! who promised "big change" then Delivered. You came in with experience, tenacity, and a proven model to bring dignity and purpose to our aging Mothers, fathers, .... Because of your high standards and experience my parents benefit from a Staff that are thoughtfully hired and kept to standards above and beyond the call. My Dad is happy and doing so much better than I expected after Mom passed. I was afraid he would feel abandoned but Dad and my phone conversations are less about what is wrong about his life and more about what a great meal he had or just to tell me his mind is clearer and he is feeling well. When I ask him how the staff is treating him I can feel him light up when he tells me how much the girls spoil him. Thank you Thank You THANK YOU!
