The Retreat Communities have a need for a limited number of full time and part time caregivers in Westminster and Grand Junction Colorado.

A HOME HEALTH AIDE is responsible for providing various resident-related services to meet the personal care needs and to promote comfort and independence to elderly residents.

Qualifications: Ability to adapt to changing organizational needs. Speak, write, read, and comprehend English. Be drug free and PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK. Ability to relate to and interact with residents/families and their particular problems. Ability to function in a home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, or disability of the resident. Must possess the disposition and personality to work harmoniously with a wide variety of people and all levels of staff, and interact professionally as a member of a multi-disciplinary team. Must possess a strong commitment to the goals, mission, and philosophy of the organization. Absolute integrity and the use of good judgment to handle the professional and confidential nature of the residents. Prior health care experience preferred but training is available to the right individual.

Compensation:Competitive. Daily and or hourly rates and bonus's available to qualified caregiver. Vacation and Healthcare are available for long term employees.
